STRETCH SERVICES:

Passive Stretch:

$80: A 50-minute relaxing, full body, assisted stretch focused on improving flexibility, functionality and range of motion through relief of daily compression and tension. Offered either from the comfort of your own home or in our relaxing wellness space. 

Isolated Stretch

$50: A 30-minute passive stretch focusing on a specific area of tension/discomfort.

 

 

 

Percussive Massage

$50: A 30-minute session of deep muscle massage with hand held percussion massager. Intended to target deep tissue tension that can cause pain and restriction of overall movement.

 

ADD ON SERVICES: 

Aromatherapy:

$10: A relaxing essential oil diffusion added to your session. Adding eucalyptus, peppermint or lavender can increase your feelings of relaxation, calm and peace during the stretch session. Increasing the calm you feel during your stretch will make this hour truly mental as well as physical self care. 

 

Body Balm:

$10: An application of essential oil infused coconut oil to the legs, arms, neck and shoulder at the end of the full body stretch. This is intended to leave the skin hydrated and warmed after the stretch session. The inclusion of the essential oil leaves the skin lightly scented and carries the positive benefits of aromatherapy with you after the stretch. 

Percussive Massage:

$10: A deep muscle massage with hand held percussion massager. Intended to target deep tissue tension that can cause pain and restriction of overall movement.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES:

PT: Single Session Rate

$75: A 60-minute training session. This rate is for session to session payment. 

PT: Weekly Rate

$150: The weekly rate covers three, 60-minute, sessions a week.

PT: Monthly Rate 

$450: The monthly rate covers three, 60-minute, sessions a week for month. 

MILAGE RATES:

Travel beyond 30 miles from central practice will be up-charged $1.50 per mile of travel (one-way) in addition to base service rate, unless otherwise specified. Rates applicable to change.
